Condesa is a short drive outside Antigua, within a gated community. There’s a park just outside where you can sit or take a walk, and parking right in front of the studio. A car is recommended for convenience; Uber, taxis, buses, and tuk-tuks are other options for getting into town.

Before you arrive

Can I use the garden or park?

The studio looks onto a tropical garden, but the garden itself is not accessible to guests. You can sit or walk in the community park just outside. The studio has a separate entrance from the street.

Is breakfast served?

The kitchenette is stocked with basics such as eggs, coffee, oats, and pancake supplies so you can prepare your own breakfast. There is no served breakfast.

Do I need a car?

A car is recommended for convenience, and parking is included. Uber, buses, taxis, and tuk-tuks are other ways to get into Antigua.

When can I check in?

Check-in is between 4:00 pm and 11:00 pm, with building staff. Checkout is before noon.

Where do I book?

You can request a direct booking through WhatsApp or email, or reserve through Airbnb. For direct bookings, we first check availability and send the total and payment details. Dates are not reserved or blocked until payment is received and Angela or Diego confirms your booking.
